At Adam’s Rib, guests are surrounded by Veneziano granite floors, maple wood wainscoting, crowning woodwork, torchlight ornamentation and cherry wood furniture. On the wall is a beautiful mural that represents the Long Island Sound. In the winter months, guests can enjoy fireside dining served by our friendly, knowledgeable staff.
